People's Custom Rx has been compounding in Memphis since 1969. Chris Gilbert, PharmD, and Deanna Gilbert bought the pharmacy in 2016 and kept everything that was working: same building, same neighborhood, and a team carrying 180 combined years of pharmacy experience.
This portal is the operational side of that partnership. The clinics we serve kept asking the same questions: how do other practices keep patients on therapy past the first month, how do they structure follow-up, what do their front desks actually say on the phone.
