Who this portal is for
This education portal and its resources are provided for licensed healthcare professionals and their clinic teams. By using it you represent that you are a licensed healthcare professional or acting on behalf of one.
Educational use only
Resources on this portal are educational and operational. They are not medical advice, legal advice, or pharmacy guidance for any specific patient. Clinical decisions belong to the treating prescriber. Verify current rules with your state boards and your clinic's counsel before adopting any protocol.
Compounded medications
Compounded medications are prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy in response to a prescription for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness, or quality of compounded medications.

Your mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
License to use resources
Downloaded resources may be used inside your practice, including printing for your team. They may not be resold, republished, or redistributed outside your practice without written permission.

This portal is built and maintained for People's Custom Rx by Buzzword Strategies LLC, a marketing-service provider. Buzzword Strategies LLC does not provide clinical, legal, or pharmaceutical advice and is not a party to the pharmacy's relationship with any patient or prescriber.

The portal and its resources are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, People's Custom Rx and Buzzword Strategies LLC disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the portal or its resources. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from the portal will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the current version here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
