Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 11, 2026. People's Custom Rx & Clinical Care Center, LLC ("People's Custom Rx," "we," "us," "our").

This policy covers this education portal's lead forms and text-message program. It does not replace the pharmacy's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which separately governs protected health information.

Who operates this portal

This portal is operated by People's Custom Rx. Buzzword Strategies LLC provides marketing and website services to People's Custom Rx and processes form and messaging data on our behalf as a service provider, under contract. Buzzword Strategies LLC does not use this information for its own marketing.

What we collect

When you request a resource through this portal we collect the information you provide: your name, practice name, professional role, work email, and mobile phone number. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address, device type, and pages visited.

How we use it

To deliver the resource you requested, by text message and email.
To follow up about that resource and about clinic services we offer to licensed healthcare professionals.
To operate, secure, and improve this portal.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this portal and our communications (for example, our CRM and our messaging platform), under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us.

Mobile information and text-message consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No information you submit through the SMS opt-in on this site, including your phone number and your consent, is shared with any third party for marketing purposes. Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you may be used for analytics.

Text messaging (SMS) program

By checking the SMS consent box and submitting a form, you agree to receive text messages from People's Custom Rx at the mobile number you provide. This includes the download link you requested and recurring messages about resources and clinic services for licensed healthcare professionals.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data retention

We keep your contact record for as long as needed to provide resources and follow up, and as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time using the contact below.

Your choices and rights

You can opt out of texts (reply STOP), unsubscribe from emails (link in every email), or ask us to access or delete your portal contact record by emailing cgilbert@peoplescustomrx.com. Where applicable law gives you additional rights over your personal information, we honor them.

Audience

This portal is intended for licensed healthcare professionals. It is not directed to patients or to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from either through this portal.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the current version here with a new effective date.
